بيان حول ملابسات عرقلة إخلاء الجرحى
تم التخطيط لإخلاء عدد من جرحى القوات المسلحة بواسطة ممثلي الصليب الأحمر من بحري إلى أمدرمان في إطار ترتيبات الهدنة المتفق عليها.
باشر ممثلو الصليب الأحمر التحرك اليوم من مدني لتنفيذ عملية الإخلاء، وأفادوا بأنهم وصلوا إلى نقطة بداية الاخلاء في بحري في تمام الساعة العاشرة وسبع دقائق، وفي الساعة العاشرة وتسعة وأربعون دقيقة أفادوا بتعرضهم لإطلاق نار من قبل قناص بكبري كوبر وهو منطقة تواجد لعناصر المليشيا المتمردة وليس لدينا أي قوات بها.
نشير إلى أنه يوجد بروتوكول متفق عليه مع ممثلي الصليب الأحمر بشأن تفاصيل عمليات الإخلاء ومرفق به خريطة محددة للتحرك، إلا أن ممثلي الصليب الأحمر لم يتقيدوا مطلقا بهذا البروتوكول.
نلفت النظر إلى إصرار وفد الصليب الأحمر على إصطحاب ممثل للمتمردين في عمليات الاخلاء وهو أمر مخالف للبروتوكول المشار إليه.
نؤكد على أن وفد الصليب الأحمر لم يصل مطلقا إلى نقطة إخلاء الجرحى في مستشفى بحري، واتبع نفس السيناريو السابق مما تسبب في عرقلة العملية، الأمر الذي يشير بوضوح إلى أن هنالك من يتعمد إعاقة إخلاء مصابي القوات المسلحة ويسوق حججا واهية لأسباب يعلمها، حيث لا يعقل أن تعرقل قواتنا إخلاء جرحاها وهي الطرف المستفيد.
نأمل أن يقوم الصليب الأحمر بمهمته الإنسانية طبقا للمبادئ التي تحكم عمله، والبروتكول المتفق عليه بمايضمن نجاح مهمته بكل حيادية وتجرد.

Statement on the hinderance of evacuating wounded soldiers
The armed forces, through the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) had planned to evacuate inured soldiers from the army as part of the agreed upon ceasefire.
The representatives of the ICRC moved from Madani to carry out the evacuation plan and informed us that they had reached the start of the evacuation point in Bahri at 10:07. At 10:49, they informed us that they were subjected to gunfire by snipers on Kober Bridge, an area where the rebel militias have elements and where the armed forces do not have troops stationed.
We would like to point that that there is an agreed upon protocol with the representatives of the ICRC regarding evacuation processes and a map with identified routes for movement, but the ICRC did not commit to this protocol.
We would also like to note that the ICRC insisted on the delegation having escorts from the rebels during evacuation processes, a violation to the protocol agreed upon.
We reiterate that the delegation did not reach the evacuation point in Bahri hospital, and followed the scenario above which caused a hindrance to the process. That shows that there is a side that purposely obstructs the evacuation of wounded from the armed forces and carries out propaganda through it as we cannot hinder the evacuation of our own wounded forces, and that side is the beneficiary.
We hope that the ICRC carries out its humanitarian mission based on the principles that guide its work and the agreed upon protocol to guarantee the success of its mission with neutrality.
